Ausminerals Limited ACN 099 336 866 ("Ausminerals" or "the Company") has announced an initial public offering ("IPO" or "the Offer") of ordinary shares ("Shares") and a proposed listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Ausminerals lodged a prospectus on 16 October 2007 and a Supplementary Prospectus on 15 January 2008 with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission in relation to the Offer ("Prospectus").
